About Us
Our Vision
To empower a diverse student population by providing the guidance, tools, and resources necessary to develop competitive résumés that lead to acceptance and financial assistance for entrance into post-secondary institutions. To mediate so-called cultural biases in performance on standardized tests.
Our Mission
The Randall Institute is committed to preparing students in grades 8 through 12 to achieve excellence in standardized testing (85% or better on SAT and ACT) and maintain high academic performance in college-preparatory courses. We offer personalized counseling on secondary curriculum options, focusing on post-secondary aspirations including STEM fields, four-year universities, and military academies. Our mission also includes supporting students in navigating the admissions process, securing scholarships, and completing financial aid applications. Additionally, we provide virtual tutoring and standardized test preparation to assist students from diverse backgrounds, including those from underdeveloped countries and international students, with their pursuit of higher education in the United States. We also offer assistance with student visa applications for international students seeking to study in the U.S.

Ronald Randall
Academic Advisor
My journey as an educator has been deeply shaped by my passion for politics, government, and the power of education to ignite change. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Government from Sacramento State University, with a concentration in International Relations and a minor in Economics, driven by a desire to understand how political systems shape our world. That thirst for knowledge pushed me to Grambling University, where I pursued a Master of Public Administration, focusing on state and local politics.
My commitment to public service and education extends beyond the classroom. I serve on the Norco College President’s Advisory Board, as Chairman of the Riverside Community Colleges District Foundation Stewardship Committee, and as Chairman of the Corona Regional Medical Center Board of Governors. These roles allow me to support education and community health initiatives that are essential to empowering individuals and strengthening our community.
But it wasn’t just about understanding politics—it was about using that knowledge to inspire others. Earning my California Single Subject Social Science Teaching Credential from Cal Poly Pomona allowed me to take that passion into the classroom, where I am dedicated to equipping the next generation with the tools to understand and navigate the complexities of our political landscape. For me, education isn’t just a profession—it’s a mission to inspire critical thinking, civic responsibility, and the belief that we all have the power to make a difference.
